Content on this site, including the Calorie & Macro Calculator, recipes, and coaching information, is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any diet, nutrition, or exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition.

No guaranteed results

Testimonials, transformations, and results shown on this site reflect individual clients' experiences. Individual results vary based on starting point, adherence, effort, and circumstances. We do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

Assumption of risk

Exercise, changes in diet, and physical training carry inherent risk of injury. By participating in any program, plan, or recommendation provided through Flex Appeal coaching, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with that participation. You confirm that you are physically able to participate and that you have consulted a physician regarding any condition that could affect your ability to safely exercise or change your diet. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Flex Appeal Fitness & Nutrition, LLC, its owner, and its coaches are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Enrolled coaching clients will be asked to sign a separate, more detailed health and liability waiver before beginning a program.

Coaching, purchases & payment plans

Coaching packages, gift cards, and (once available) Is That a Sweet Treat? bakery orders are subject to the pricing, terms, and availability presented at the time of purchase. Payment plans may be available for qualified individuals; we do not promise or guarantee financing approval, and available payment methods are shown during checkout before any purchase is finalized. Starting a checkout process does not commit you to a purchase.

Is That a Sweet Treat?

Is That a Sweet Treat? Desserts & Bakery by Flex Appeal is a product line offered by Flex Appeal Fitness & Nutrition, LLC. It is not a separate legal entity unless and until we state otherwise. Baked goods may be produced under the Texas Cottage Food Law, contain or be produced in a facility that handles common allergens (including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and tree nuts), and will be labeled and disclosed as required by Texas law once available for sale.
