I’m also an Air Force veteran with 20 years of experience leading from the front. That means I know exactly what it takes to handle pressure, stay committed, and push through when most people would quit. I bring that same discipline, grit, and drive into every coaching relationship—because real transformation requires more than just meal plans and workouts. It takes mindset. It takes resilience.
